Founded in 2005, Clearstream Holdings, Ltd. is an international telecommunications holding company registered in the British Virgin Islands and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California.

Clearstream is a leading provider of wireless broadband, video, and voice telecommunications services in emerging markets. Clearstream's networks operate using the IEEE 802.16 wireless standard commonly referred to as WiMAX.  Clearstream currently owns WiMAX spectrum valued at more than 128 million USD in five countries, including Armenia and Macedonia.

In June of 2007, Clearstream launched a global WiMAX acquisition fund to aggressively pursue its goals of acquiring spectrum and building out networks throughout Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South East Asia, and Africa. Clearstream plans to assemble a one billion dollar portfolio of WiMAX spectrum and licenses within the next two years.

Clearstream maintains a 20 person corporate staff and has an additional 100 employees worldwide at its affiliate and subsidiary companies.
